01 / Services
Seven ways we keep
your work yours.
From the first registration to the last takedown, and the systems in between. Pick one service or let us cover all of it.
02 / How it works
Four steps.
Total coverage.
A clear process that starts with understanding what you own and ends with action when someone takes it.
- Step 01
Audit
We map what you own, where it lives and where it is exposed.
- Step 02
Register
We help secure the registrations and records that strengthen your position.
- Step 03
Monitor
We watch the platforms that matter to you and flag matches for review.
- Step 04
Enforce
We file notices, follow up with platforms and report every outcome.
03 / Content protection
Find it. Flag it.
File it.
When your work shows up where it should not, speed matters. We monitor, detect and file takedown notices, then stay on each case until the platform responds.
Always-on monitoring
Video, audio, social, marketplaces and file hosts, scanned around the clock.
Human-reviewed matches
A person checks every match before a notice goes out. No blind automation.
Tracked to resolution
Each case is logged, followed up and reported, so you always know where it stands.

06 / FAQ
Questions,
answered.
The basics of copyright, takedowns, timelines and how we price our work. This is general information, not legal advice.
Copyright generally protects original creative works once they are fixed in a tangible form. That includes music, recordings, video, writing, artwork, photography and software code. It does not protect ideas, facts or short phrases like names and slogans. Those are usually covered by trademark law instead.
In many countries, protection starts automatically when a work is created. Registration can still matter. In the United States, for example, registration is generally required before you can file an infringement lawsuit, and timely registration can affect the remedies available. We help you decide what to register and when.
First we confirm ownership and document the infringing material. Then we send a notice to the platform or host. The platform reviews it and, in most cases, removes or disables access to the content. The uploader may file a counter-notice, and we keep you informed at every step.
It depends on the platform. Many respond within a few days, while others take longer or ask for more information. We track every notice, follow up when needed and report the status to you.
No one can honestly guarantee removal. Platforms make the final decision. What we can promise is careful, well-documented notices and persistent follow-up, which we work to keep as effective as possible.
Every engagement is scoped to your needs. Ongoing monitoring and takedowns usually run on a monthly plan, while audits, registrations and software projects are quoted per project. Your first consultation is free.
No. Setavanga is an IP management and digital protection agency, and we do not provide legal advice. When a matter needs an attorney, we work alongside qualified legal counsel or help you find one.
